Military Family Fund

Guidelines for Eligibility:

  • We recognize the courage it takes to face your fears and attend this training. So that we can be good stewards of our limited funds the criteria to qualify for receiving funds is as follows:If the adjusted gross income on your 1040 tax return is above $50,000.00, you will not qualify for Tuition Assistance.
  • This fund is limited to applicants who have special needs (as documented by a licensed physician), or who is the main caregiver/guardian for someone with special needs.
  • This fund is available to help eligible persons attend the Pathways training: Core Training (Walk, P1, P2, P3), Teen Family Camp or Empowered Parenting.
  • The committee recommends funds based upon need such as family size, the severity of the child’s disability, family income and other extenuating circumstances.

Process for Application:

  1. Applicants must fully complete the Special Needs Family Fund application.
    • Applications and
      all supporting documents must be at our office by close of business, the Friday prior to the training you wish to attend.
  2. Register for the Weekend training (Also applies to Teen Family Camp and Empowered Parenting)
    1. Select Special Needs in the Weekend registration.
    2. For Teen Family Camp and Empowered Parenting, your submission request will suffice.
  3. You will then receive an email with details concerning your application after completion of the Weekend training.
