Tommi Co-launched a legal practice—working with her husband and co-owner who serves as the firm’s legal counsel—and established a solid and scalable operating infrastructure, developed a strategic business and marketing plan, and defined the policies and procedures by which to manage client engagements and firm operations. Prior to WeedenLaw, Tommi managed the Project Management Office (PMO) at E-470 Public Highway Authority where she had ownership over PMO governance, tools, and processes. She managed the project efforts of 10 Project Managers. In addition, Tommi has more than 20 years managing technical projects.

Tommi has served on multiple nonprofit Boards of Directors including Foundation for Breast Reconstruction (2013-2017), University of Denver Daniels Alumni Advisory Board (2013-2015), Steamboat Springs Pregnancy Resource Center (2010-2013), and Routt County Habitat for Humanity (2007-2009). 

Tommi lives in Denver, CO with her husband of 28 years. They have 2 grown children: Modestina and Christian. She believes strongly in making an impact in her community through volunteerism and philanthropy. She enjoys long distance running, music, film, and puzzles of all sorts.
