Couple’s Training Information
Formal Training Hours: 12:30 PM CST Friday through 5:00 PM CST Sunday
On-site Check In will be available Friday 11:30 am at the physical location of the training. To expedite things, you will receive a link via email / GroupMe thread to electronic check in forms prior to your training start date.

Parking: Prepaid parking across the street in 4 Eleven fenced in parking lot. They are currently working on the road in front of one of the entrances/exits of the parking lot. However, please be aware of the second entrance/exit. We apologize for any inconvenience. They assure us it is almost complete. Based on the status of the work, it could look like the lot is closed but it is not! You CAN park there. It belongs to our business AND FWPD does patrol the area.

Please read this document thoroughly. It should help answer pretty much any question you have and help you feel confident in the details of your training logistics – the annoying hurdle to overcome so we can get to the good stuff! ALSO, SAVE this document somewhere you can easily locate - because you will want to refer to it frequently!

• Pay your training tuition online or via emailed invoice (found in your email account with email address given upon original registration for this training). If you have trouble locating your invoice, please check your spam/junk folder and/or security settings to be sure you receive emails from us! If you still do not locate it, please email our accountant, Laura Sierra, via accountant@pathwayscoretraining.org
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Due to recent challenges and our determination to survive and thrive amidst the fallout of the pandemic, Pathways, as a 501c3 nonprofit organization, plans the logistics for each specific class and each specific training monthly. The details are all based on the class size and timing and follow through of attendee’s payments. We respectfully ask for your sensitivity to such matters It is critical for us to be most helpful to you, as a nonprofit, for you to communicate your training plans swiftly and make tuition payments as soon as you are able. This allows us to make very accurate agreements with the hotels that do not leave us, as a 501.c3, in a financial bind.
• Complete electronic IN PERSON CHECK IN forms for your training by submitting the electronic check in forms when you receive your “early check in” notice 2 days prior to the start of your training. If you mistakenly receive the virtual check in forms, please disregard as those only pertain to the virtual training format. We will be sure you all receive your correct check in forms prior to your training.
• You must get the required and entirely FREE GroupMe App, on your phone, and join the class group. This is where your trainers and class will communicate with more specifics regarding your training before, during and after your training. T R A I N I N G N E E D S:
• Bring an open heart and willing spirit. • Wear comfortable clothing. Regardless of the season, it is a good idea to bring layers, as the room temperature can vary and be unpredictable. • IMPORTANT: Have some quick and easy snacks on hand, protein bars, water, etc. Some choose to bring a small cooler as timing of breaks can be unpredictable – we move through the training entirely based on the pace of the class. Additionally, please keep in mind, we have agreements with the hotel to keep areas around the training room doors clean, to avoid ordering outside food during training hours, and to be extra mindful of other hotel events and respectful to other hotel guests at all times.
T R A I N I N G D E T A I L S:
• WHERE: 411 South Main St. Suite 117 Fort Worth, TX 76104
• WHEN: Recommended arrival time between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM CST. However, please arrive to the actual physical training ROOM location, absolutely no later than 12:20 PM CST. The training is formally scheduled from Friday at 12:30 P.M. CST through Sunday @ 5:00 P.M. CST. This training is full of significant content you will not be able to miss and continue, and we do not dismiss early. However, if you have a flight that is in conflict with our training schedule, please inform us immediately so we can work with you by emailing staff@pathwayscoretraining.org AND programs@pathwayscoretraining.org. Apart from our formal start and end, daily start and end times are determined, by the facilitator during the training itself, based entirely on the pace of the class. Therefore, no specific daily start and end times are communicated beforehand (other than our Friday start time and Sunday end time), since they will continually adjust, in real time, based on the pace of the class. Please plan to be fully engaged for the entire span of the training weekend.
