Please read these details thoroughly. It should help answer pretty much any question you have and help you feel confident in the details of your training logistics – the annoying hurdle to overcome so we can get to the good stuff!

• Pay your training tuition online or via emailed invoice (found in your email account with email address given upon original registration for your Weekend, unless formally changed, in writing, with Pathways office). If you have trouble locating your invoice, please check your spam/junk folder and/or security settings to be sure you receive emails from us! If you still do not locate it, please email our accountant, Laura Sierra: accountant@pathwayscoretraining.org

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to recent challenges and our determination to survive and thrive amidst the fallout of the pandemic, Pathways, as a 501c3 nonprofit organization, plans the logistics for each specific class and each specific training monthly. The details are all based on the class size and timing and follow through of attendee’s payments. We respectfully ask for your sensitivity to such matters It is critical for us to be most helpful to you, as a nonprofit, for you to communicate your training plans swiftly and make tuition payments as soon as you are able. This allows us to plan in ways that do not leave us, as a 501.c3, in a financial bind.

• Parking for all trainings and participants: Parking for the training, will be free and directly across the street from the training location in the “4 Eleven” and “You Get One Life, LLC” parking lot cattycorner to “Emporium Pies”

• Accommodations: Although not mandatory, we strongly encourage our participants to stay at a hotel, as close to the training venue as possible, due to lengthy and unpredictable training hours. Our timing is determined on a class by class basis, as we move at the pace of each class. Once The Weekend training is completed, the classes find that determining an agreed upon hotel, for all future trainings, allows for the benefit of class connection. We recommend, for your first training: The Weekend, you book a hotel of your choosing, within 2 miles of the training location. The Nobleman is brand new and literally right behind the training venue and allows for you to stay parked at the venue during your entire weekend on us! Some suggestions are Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, The Sheraton, Aloft, and Hyatt Place (TCU). Please use GroupMe to discuss and decide so you can all be together, share rides, and hang out. We trust you to take the reins and handle this task. And if you’re new to this skill, please reach out and ask for help from your classmates. This is part of your training.

• Complete BOTH electronic CHECK IN forms for your training by submitting the electronic check in forms when you receive your “early check in” notice 2 days prior to the start of your training.

• You must get the required and entirely FREE GroupMe App, on your phone, and join the class group. This is where your trainers and class will communicate with more specifics regarding your training before, during and after your training. You will receive an invitation using the cell phone number at least a couple of days prior to your first training start date. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/groupme/id392796698

• Make a plan with your sponsor (i.e., the person who convinced you to do the training/your designated adoptive sponsor)! They might want to talk or meet up beforehand to support you. Remember your sponsor likely went through the training awhile back. While we so appreciate their trust in US and in this program, please rely on the Pathways Staff for the most current and accurate information.

T R A I N I N G N E E D S:

• Bring an open heart and willing spirit.

• Wear casual, comfortable but appropriate clothing. Regardless of the season, it is a good idea to bring layers, as the room temperature can vary and be unpredictable.

• Have some quick and easy snacks on hand, protein bars, water, etc. Some choose to bring a small cooler as timing of breaks can be unpredictable – we move through the training entirely based on the pace of the class. Additionally, please keep in mind, we have agreements with the hotel about keeping areas clean and being mindful of other hotel events and guests whenever on breaks.

T R A I N I N G D E T A I L S:

• WHEN: Recommended arrival time 6:00 PM CST. However, please arrive to the actual training venue location, absolutely no later than 6:30 PM CST so we can get everyone checked in and begin the training on time. The training is formally scheduled from Friday at 7:00 P.M. CST through Sunday @ 5:30 P.M. CST. This training is full of significant content you will not be able to miss and continue, and we do not dismiss early. However, if you have a flight that is in conflict with our training schedule, please inform us immediately so we can work with you by emailing staff@pathwayscoretraining.org. Apart from our formal start and end, daily start and end times are determined, by the facilitator during the training itself, based entirely on the pace of the class. Therefore, no specific daily start and end times are communicated beforehand (other than our Friday start time and Sunday end time), since they will continually adjust, in real time, based on the pace of the class. Please plan to be fully engaged for the entire span of the training weekend.

• Please check into the Pathways check in table Pathways directly in front of your training room, for questions but you will need to complete everything electronically prior to picking up your nametag. Again, we suggest you arrive absolutely no later than 6:30 PM central, outside the designated training room, to pick up your nametag at the registration table and then wait outside the training room doors. We will bring you in once everyone is checked in.
